Athena W Carey is an expatriate living in Switzerland with her husband and two young sons.
Her interest in photography was sparked at age nine, when her parents sent her abroad with a small point & shoot camera to visit her godparents.
In the many years since then, she's moved on through many cameras, various types of photography, and different medias. She enjoys everything photographic - from creating casual, artistic portraits of people to abstract macro art.
To share her love of photography, she also teaches courses locally.
